Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Elly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of Elly.

What Elly Does

Elly is a personal relationship management app that helps you remember important details about the people in your life. You can store information like:

• Names, birthdays, and anniversaries
• Favorite orders at specific places
• Music preferences
• Allergies and dietary restrictions
• Custom notes and fields

Your Content

You own everything you put into Elly. We don't claim any rights to your data. You're responsible for the information you store, and you should only store information you have the right to keep.

Acceptable Use

Please use Elly for its intended purpose-remembering details about the people you care about. Don't use it to:

• Store illegal content
• Violate anyone's privacy rights
• Engage in stalking or harassment
• Reverse engineer or modify the app

Apple Services

Elly uses various Apple services and frameworks:

• iCloud: For optional cloud sync, governed by Apple's iCloud terms
• Apple Music: For music preferences, governed by Apple Media Services terms
• App Store: Your purchase is subject to Apple's App Store terms

Your use of these services is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

Purchases & Subscriptions

Elly is free to download. Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple's payment terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

No Warranty

Elly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make Elly reliable and useful, we can't guarantee it will be perfect or uninterrupted. We're not responsible for any data loss-please ensure important information is backed up.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Elly. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Changes to the App

We're always improving Elly. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes through App Store update notes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Elly after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can stop using Elly at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms, though we've never had to do this.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
